Estimated delivery times for furniture items vary greatly depending on the destination. Shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks, sometimes less depending on the area.
Please reference individual items during events. For online shopping, photos description and details are provided. All items purchased through Monroe North Imports are considered "as is" in both representation and condition.
The natural patina that comes with antique and vintage furnishings and collectables is to be valued and expected. We have made every effort to document and note specific wear of individual pieces and would be happy to provide additional details and photographs upon request.

For large furniture and accessory items, we offer to connect you with both local and interstate delivery options. Clients are also welcome to procure their own delivery services. Please note: at this time, we do not offer international delivery options.
Our clients will handle payment directly with the courier, with full access to them for communication and details. Delivery providers bear full responsibility for the items.
Monroe North Imports is not responsible for damage, theft, loss or otherwise that occurs after the item has been purchased and has left our warehouse, or for damage, theft, loss or otherwise that occurs as a result of third-party shipping or delivery services.
Monroe North Imports is not responsible to refund, restore, or replace inventory that may experience damage, theft, loss or otherwise as a result of White Glove Shipping, Ground Shipping through FedEx, UPS or USPS, local third-party delivery providers, or Monroe North Imports staff assisting with load in or pick up.
Yes we do! If you would like to pick up your items from our Monroe North Warehouse, we are available by appointment, and appreciate 48 hours notice.
Items purchased during special events must be picked up within 2 weeks with additional warehouse hours options.
Please note: warehouse staff will not be available to assist in loading merchandise.
All items will be documented and photographed prior to shipment.
All third party delivery services offered by Monroe North Imports will insure delivered items at full retail value unless noted otherwise during the delivery quoting process. The client is responsible for any insurance deductibles and applicable paperwork related to filing an insurance claim.
Note that small items shipped via Monroe North Imports have a maximum declared value of $1000.
While we do not have a retail store front or maintain regular business hours, shopping is available at our warehouse in Grand Rapids, Michigan during our pop-up shop events, and online through our website.
